Click Properties3. Click System Protection4. Click Advanced5. Under Performances Click Sittings6.
Click Data Execution Prevention(DEP)7. Click Turn on DEP for all Programs and Services except those I select8. Under File name: type in ebooklibrary.exe click open.Make sure that while doing this process your Portable device is connected to the computer. Otherwise you will get a message telling you that ebooklibrary.exe file not found. It took me a while to figure this out.
