Killing Floor Mods

Haha, I have to keep replying to this comment from so many purple lines.Hmm, well good entry games are Counter Strike: Source and Team Fortress 2. TF2 is free on Steam, too. The thing about most online PC games is that the playing standard is a LOT higher, since you have a lot of extremely sad people who hone their skills on their super-sensitive mice and have reaction times of demi-gods. CS:S is a lot harsher than TF2, as TF2 going free brought a lot more new players in. Those 2 games will ease you in to PC gameplay pretty nicely.

Killing Floor 2 Graphics Mod

Garry's Mod is always good fun, and get any Half-Life games you can, since they can be used in Garry's Mod (it's a huge sandbox, it's great), but the HL games are just amazing on their own. The Witcher is a great RPG series, Fallout and TES never go amiss on PC (mods mods mods mods mods mods), and most of the Battlefield games are awesome (especially Battlefield 2, the PC exclusive one, not Bad Company 2). Killing Floor and Left 4 Dead are zombie game kings, and if you want some really gritty survival horror, get ARMA 2 and the Dayz mod. ARMA 2 is a hyper-realistic military shooter, but the Dayz mod turns it in to an online zombie survival sandbox. It's incredible. Also, if you're in to old school RPGs, get Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2 plus expansions. The Total War games are as good as RTS games get, and if you ever think of going in to the MMO space, pick up Guild Wars 2 in August.

Pay once, never pay again, and it's easily 10x better than WoW just from playing the beta weekends. Also, for the love of god, get Portal if you haven't got it on Xbox.:PThere's a lot more that I can't think of from the top of my head, but those are some of my favourites.:3.
