Mar 29, 2018 - I know user can make a web page an active background on Windows XP, but on Windows 10, maybe you need to a third-party software. I've searched a lot and can't find anything that works with Windows 7 (Aero enabled) and newer, everything either does not work anymore or isn't interactive, which is something i need. FYI: ActiveDesktop was an Application on Windows XP that made it possible to show interactive. Windows Vista doesn't come with good old Active Desktop feature which was present in Windows XP and previous Windows versions.
